Patricia A. Caldwell

Patricia Caldwell has been a partner of Gordian since 1988. She has been involved in many of the firm's engagements, including LTV Steel, Zale/Gordon Jewelry, Alamo/National Rental Corporation, Olympia & York, Merisel, Morrison Knudsen, Office of Thrift Supervision, Phar-Mor and Tracor. Ms. Caldwell was recently recognized as one of the top ten leading investment bankers in financial restructurings by The Deal.

She was formerly with Citibank, where she founded Citibank's 60-person Corporate Finance and Analysis Department. During her 13 years at Citibank, Ms. Caldwell also spent nine years as a lending officer, including several years as a senior member of the Petroleum, Metals and Mining Department. While there, she played an important role in numerous restructurings, workouts and recapitalizations.

Ms. Caldwell received a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in management science from the State University of New York.
