Gordian Group Clients
On financial advisory services, Gordian Group is almost exclusively engaged by the company, its board of directors or shareholders. In the context of a financial restructuring or distressed M&A assignment, it is critical that the company receive unconflicted advice from its financial advisor. Gordian Group believes that the best way to eliminate any potential or perceived conflict is to refrain from accepting engagements from other constituencies in the capital structure. As a result, Gordian Group does not represent bondholders nor does it trade securities with bondholders or other creditors. This lack of institutional loyalty or regular "deal flow" from bondholder groups leaves Gordian Group well-positioned to advise companies free from conflict.
In certain instances (Access to Capital, Financial Opinions, Litigation Support), Gordian Group's clients include corporations, creditors and securityholders, attorneys and agencies of the U.S. Government. Most Gordian Group clients share common characteristics, including:
They face significant and complex financial challenges which, if overcome, can lead to major opportunities
Clients are frequently in a state of crisis requiring immediate and urgent attention
The problems faced are unique and complex
Creative and entrepreneurial solutions are welcomed
Gordian Group values each of its clients and provides high-quality, senior level attention to all problems regardless of size.
