Enron Corporation

Gordian has been retained by a major law firm as an expert witness and financial advisor in the defense of a prepetition lender and adversary defendant vs. the Enron estate and Enron security holders. Gordian is involved with both the interpretation of the plaintiffs’ analysis as well as developing various quantitative defenses and arguments. As part of this assignment, Gordian is participating in a joint defense effort and collaborating with other case experts.
