Kevco, Inc. is a wholesale distributor and manufacturer of building products to the manufactured housing and recreational vehicle industries. The Company distributes more than 35,000 different inventory items to roughly 520 manufactured housing, RV and other manufacturing facilities throughout the United States.

Kevco, Inc. filed a voluntary petition for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Protection, citing the unprecedented decline in the shipments of new homes in the manufactured housing industry as a direct result. Kevco engaged Gordian Group to consummate a successful 363 Sale of Kevco Manufacturing, LP, the Company's manufacturing subsidiary.
