Debtor-in-possession Financing

Debtor-in-possession ("DIP") financing is often challenging for companies considering filing for Chapter 11. Often the existing senior lenders are not inclined to extend their exposure and, in some instances, may find a new DIP lender to be objectionable as well. Gordian Group is well-equipped to assist its clients in navigating the difficult decisions that they face when preparing to file for a Chapter 11 reorganization.

Specifically, Gordian Group assists its clients in calculating their DIP requirements and in providing access to the right sources of DIP financing given the client's capital structure, timetable and financing needs.
