Gordian Group is interested in key professionals in the following areas:

Associate: Gordian Group's Associates are integral members of client teams. Typical client assignments involve financial restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, private placements, fairness, solvency and valuation opinions and litigation support activities. Associate responsibilities include client solicitation projects, financial and other analyses and M&A and capital markets activities.

Graduate degrees and training in areas of finance, accounting, taxes and other related areas are required.

Financial Analyst: This position involves assisting Gordian Group's senior professionals on a wide variety of engagements and other projects. Specific responsibilities will include analysis of financial, market and operating information relating to public and private companies and to certain comparable transactions. In addition, responsibilities may include preparation of presentations and offering documents. The Financial Analyst will have significant external contacts.

An undergraduate degree with emphasis in the sciences, business or accounting is required. At the end of the program, the Financial Analyst would be in a position to become an Associate.
