Steve Schiller is a Managing Director
of Gordian Group, where he is active
in the restructuring practice and
in the firm’s marketing efforts.

Prior to joining Gordian Group, Mr. Schiller served as an investment banker at Citigroup, where, at various points in his career, he led the bank’s financial institutions M&A practice, its Asian M&A business
and its sell-side business. He has over 20 years experience in financial restructuring and complex M&A. Mr. Schiller has advised companies and led transactions in the consumer, financial services, technology, industrial and energy sectors.

Mr. Schiller is also a member of the Board of Directors of Student Sponsor Partners.

Education

Mr. Schiller earned a B.A. in International Relations from Stanford University, where he was elected
to Phi Beta Kappa. He received a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
